Apathy and insensitive conduct

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased 3nos. Samsung 1.5 Ton Split Airconditoner ,A/C AS 182 UBF XSTL from REFIMAC, 309, Nehru Nagar, Kottivakkam (OMR), Chennai-600096, on 14th June 2012. Within 5 days of installation two of my A/Cs did not function. On repeated calls, someone from Refimac attended the service (Slip no.2818). Within couple of weeks, one of the repaired A/C had again failed. After repeated calls for a week, on 28th July 2012, someone by name Mr.Dhanakoti attended the machine but could not repair it (Slip no.1695) dt.28/07/12 and promised to correct the machine in couple of days. Since then, i have been trying to reach out to REFIMAC’s service team and requested them to attend the A/C soon, to which i get stereo-typed answer that we will attend. I have also reached out to one Mr.Dilip , who had collected the cheque from me at the time of delivery of Air Conditioners, but could not help me though he guranteed a solution.

I have reached a stage where i started feeling that the REFIMAC is neither keen to service my request nor has attempted to understand the issue. I am thoroughly disappointed with the attitude of service personnel and would want to formally lodge a complaint against this exploitation and insensitivity.
I submit before the learned judges that am not keen to get any benefit from this complaint but suitably warn REFIMAC , so that it is sensitive to its customers and get my air conditioner repaired or get free replacement of the same model.
