I am a senior citizen who almost broke my leg falling over a most stupid barricade that is fixed across the floor at ankle level next to the cash counter. I visited the Banaswadi easyday today to shop and had the most horrific experience of my life. I am lucky that I did not end up in the ICU or in a plaster. Whoever has designed and whoever has approved a barricade 6 inches off the ground needs to be taken to task. When I went sprawling on the ground, all that the shop girls there could say was, “many children too have fallen here.” If many children had already fallen, are they waiting for a really big accident to take place before they correct the absolutely unbelievable mistake in design. I would appreciate if this could be looked into immediately for the safety of people who shop there. The floor manager could only mumble a “sorry” and did not even bother to come and see if help was needed. This is absolutely appalling customer care.
