Failure of your preventive anti-termite treatment within months of your 2 year contract leading to all cupboards and drawers in my kitchen getting heavily damaged by termites had been reported to you umpteen times with your representative Mr. Vijay Kumar visiting the site, taking photographs and promising replacement of damaged woodwork.
Unfortunately, you never bothered to have a check-up visit as per your contract to check the efficacy of your treatment.
Your staff Mr. Vijay Kumar had been in contact with my tenant Mr. Gagandeep Singh and visited the premises, carried out damage assessment and promised action soonest to repair the damage.
As requested by him photographs were sent to him via e-mail attachments on his official e-mail ID [email protected] on 26th March 2014 by my tenant Mr. Gagandeep Singh.
Subsequently, on each telephonic conversation action was promised soonest till you stopped accepting all phone calls from Mr. Gagandeep Singh on all his numbers whether cell phone or landline.
Kindly let me know if you have any intentions attending for check-up visits for rest of the contract period till Feb 2016 and when will you compensate me for the damage to woodwork in the kitchen soon after your anti-termite treatment.
I thought that since you have/had association with Godrej Group you will observe fair trade practices. I am disappointed.
