Anti Spy Radio Signal Bug

I have Purchase a Anti Spy Radio Signal Bug from Ebay.in, they assure me for 30 day returns or exchange Ebay guarantee for the same product.

After received that product, i found that its not working fine, then i raised a complaint to return of product and the same amount credit in my ebay account because i want purchase another product from the same company.

But not they told me that they are unable to return this product. This is ridicules. Please solve my problem asap.

    One of the worst customer service of Ebay, not listing anything, just stick on their own word and refuse to return of the product,
    this is my humble request to all people do not buy any product from ebay.in,
    ONE OF THE WORST eCOMMERCE COMPANY IN INDIA.
