I have applied for the post of Overseer civil on 14th November,2013 in central coalfields limited. Yesterday 31st July,2014, list of eligible candidate for written exam, has been published in online site of central coalfields limited. But my name is not in the list. In this regards, when I made a phone call to CCL office, they are saying I am not eligible, but why not eligible, they are not saying. Qualification required for this post, 3 years diploma in civil, and I have this qualification. At the time of submitting application form there was no problem, so I want to know why they are not called me for written examination.
