annual maintainance contract for geyser

Name of company/service: PASS ENTERPRISE, NIMTA, BELGHORIA, KOLKATA – 700049

I have entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract with M/s Pass Enterprise on 3rd March 2012. as per the contract they will provide 4 services during the year. But I am sorry to say that after repeated call they are not attending the machine. They also have given several dates to attend the machine. But till date they have not come even one a single occassion. I am really fed up with them please do needful in this regard. Last I called them on 9th August 2012 with docket no. KOL 1155. But till date they have not attended. I am giving some mobile nos. of the comapny. i.e., 9836400496, 9836410606, 9836572014. Please do needful.

    I payed them for my chimney servicing. The contract was as follows:
    They’ll provide 8 services throughout the year,it’s a 850 Rs contract. Contract was signed around first week of Jan’13.They provided only 2 services, till mach 2013..after some days..they suddenly stopped receiving calls, but the provided no can receive messages.
    The new no provided by them is: 03360500080.
    Nobody from their co. contacted me from their side.
    I think, its totally a fraud case.
