I am sent so many email to sbi card at [email protected] on which no action hv been taken by sbi. At the time of applying fresh card I was told by sbi that I shall be chrged annual fees only in the first year and there after it shall be life time free and no annual renewal fees shall be applicable to me.
I am surprised to know that the annual fees of rs 2,999 plus rs 371 has been charged for the second year on 13.4.13 which is absolutely unjustified and a unilateral decision of sbi. I ma attaching here with ur statement dated 13.4.13 showing amt due on 3.5.13. plz be very clear that I am not liable to pay this amount therefore I should not be treated as defaulter and my records with CIBIL should not be spoiled as well no penalty should further be debited after 3.5.13 for non pmt of the bill upto 3.5.13 because what you have charged is not at all applicable to me.
Under the circumstance I request you to kindly cancel and block my credit card number 4377-4865-7911-9395 and add on card number 4377-4865-7912-5913 with immediate effect and refund my excess paid balance lying with you as on date after crediting rewardz points.
I have already marked this email to consumer court and further going to file online complaint against SBI on Consumer cort online complaint registration portal if the chares are not reversed toay itsef and both the cards as above said are not cancelled/ blocked today itself.
please take suitable action against SBI Card and get justice to me.
