Angel Broking cheated to Client

Dear Team,

Angel Broking are cheating to customer. they are fraud to client and dis- honest. first they promise to customer that they will carry forward there position to next day and when the client trade and before a minute of market closing. they called and said that there is shortfall amount in your account and need to square- off position means whatever your open position you are carrying you need to close same
they are doing for their brokerage charges I am really dis-satisfied with Angel for such type for cheating with customer

today, Camp branch manager(may be named Chetan Phatak) has played to me same. he forced me to buy future/option lot and he had forcefully square off that position. Apart from that he has spoken with me very bad and rudely word. this is never expected to me anymore and i never think about that how could speak such branch manager with customer. he doesn’t know to how to speak with client. moreover he himself loosed my all interest for trading with Angel.

    Angel broking is big fraud. Their people provide false information. It’s way too complicated which even their adviser and customer care do not understand. On calling they say to contact each other.
    Additionally I have traded only in delivery with Cash but they abruptly charged around 3500 extra don’t know why.
    Their customer care after multiple reminders will reply in around month and to again get clarification again wait for month and that too you wount get reply unless you follow up every day by reminders
    They are frauds. Their sales person., Area sales manager will not pick up your calls.
    Go with some good one like ICICI direct. At least they will charge the agreed amount and not like Angel which will charge 1000 times of AGREED amount.
    Request all to not burn your hands with Angel as I already have done
    They are really frauds

    I have applied for dematerialisation of shares allmost 3-4 months back and they normally take time of 1 month. I have been following them since long. I have mailed to mr Vinay Agarwal( CEO) also but he is also not responding. Customer care is giving false information. They are not even giving courier details, to whom they have sent my documents. and now they have stopped taking my call.

    Pls never ever open your account with Angel broking. They are a big fraud. you will loose your money.
