I purchased a new connection from Vodafone as directed by our company for CUG (corporate user group) plan on my name. Then as of scheme I have taken add on connection through MNP of wife’s no. The connection was activated on 31st of July, on 8th August the no was disconnected stating negative verification. Though verification was not done and nobody contacted me on my alternate no. I drop a request for reverification on 8th August which again stated negative on 11th August, which is false as I was completely at my home waiting for verification team to come, every time they seek 72 hours for re verification. I mailed the corporate services they ask me to go any vodafone store I deposited required documents again on 16th August but nobody turned up till 18th August at the end of the day went to another vodafone store in Dwarka they said the process is still not initiated. Till today (20Th August) the no is still not activated.
I have all the details and mails to proof myself and how poor the services are and how Vodafone is harassing me.
