Hi,
I had booked 300 sqft shop in AMR Infrastructure in their Kessel I Velley project, Greater NOIDA in june’2012.
They had promised that they will give cheque till possession of shop.
Their December’2013 cheque has started bouncing and they are yet to deliver cheque of jan’2014 onwards.
Nobody from AMR team is giving proper response.
Pls help on this issue.

Please don’t join AMR Infrastructure as they are doing fraud by employing people on there newly so called Branch H – 124 Basement Sector 63 Noida , which is basically not a branch as things going there are like franchise and even the people working there are not behaving properly and even don’t proovide salary and if someone ask than they use abuse and also says that the person is harassing them.
Even not that they also claim as company is not having funds and they are linked with director there is no way that you can even communicate to head office
Please don’t hassitate to contact me if you get offer fromthis particular branch, and please beware of these fraud
