Location/place: Alwar

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

Hi I m Kiran Pal Singh booked a new Airtel DTH connection on 10-06-12.

And on 12-06-12 i request a mail for cancellation of DTH Connection.
I mailed the email on these Ids [email protected], [email protected],
[email protected] as given by thr Executive.
But every time i called up to chk the status of my compliant they make me
false promises they will call u with 50-60 minutes no one is helping me in
customer support they are just sitting thr to make a fool of peoples.

This is not a right time to send me a msg or call and they are sending me after
i cancel my DTH connection.
I need my money back from Airtel DTH thr executive told me they will refund me full
money back as per my cancelation I paid Rs.1690/-.
Now i need your help in getting my money back from them because every time i call
them they make fool of me by giving false promises and words so now i
don’t trust them any more.
I hope u consider my mail and help me in solving my problem.
I m coping the cancellation letter along with ths mail.
