PEC Services gives services for plumbing,electrical & carpenter services. On 22nd of June ,a worker from this company, Prashant came to our home as we had problem of geyser connection. He did something with fuse just two mintues & our geyser started. He took Rs. 200 for this service. After one day again geyser connection became off. I called again Mr. Prashant. He said that because of heavy load of the geyser the connection is gone & one separate wire connection is needed. So I told him to do that. We will pay for the wiring. But he & his owner demanded again Rs. 300 service charge for same service which they have not done & we had already paid. I refused to pay & he went without doing work. I want to file a complaint against this cheat
