I booked flight ticket on 1/05/2014 from Chennai To Mumbai. I booked online flight ticket from www.flymantra.com
Address:- E/160, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 20301. customer care number- 09555980666. Email Id- [email protected], having booking id :- FLY01057583, date of journey 03/05/2014. amount of rupess 5060/-. after payment of said amount by SBI BANK they provide me a booking confirmation reciept saying that it is not a E-ticket receipt and i will get my E-ticket within 30 minuts. But after 7 hours they send me a mail saying that fare has been increased i had to pay 13000/- rupess more. I then asked them for refund and the refund was prossed by same day saying it will reflect with in 7 to 10. After passing so many days i called them on 20/05/2014. But they were not replied my mail and customer care number is not genuine. Dear sir not recevied my money 5060/- rupess. Kindly help me sir FLYMANTRA.COM is cheated me. They will not give my refund i am sure about it kindly help me please sir.
