Dear Sir/Madam
I am using Reliance Communication around 1 year now.This is about 20-30 times i have talked to customer care executive.They deduct my Account balance from my registered reliance sim.Now the time has come that they dont even recieve calls everytime operator does not respond to my calls i have tried about 200 times to refund my money and they are like deducting Rs 3. daily i have accounted for around 30 rupees till yet to be refunded but they don’t respond.Today i have recharged(data pack) my reliance number using call service by *565*027# i have also recieved that my data service will be activated shortly but i did not have any service activated to my number till yet.I am fed up from this reliance service i just want my money refunded then i am using MNP and switch my service
