Name of company/service: Comesum
I order vegetarian food from comesum of RS 2400, When I opened it.
It contains non-veg, same time i called customer care they told ok No problem will refund your money but when I came back they told its not possible to refnd the money.
Please help me in this above issue.

The Comesum people are seemingly habitual cheats, request you to please get in touch with me and we can either quote each other’s complaints, or, can also take up the case jointly. [Whereas you case is only limited to getting the refund, my complaint is of very serious nature and goes beyond “deficient service” and a “consumer complaint”]
