amount not dispensed from atm but debited to account

Name of company/service: state bank of india

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have account in SBI and my account no . is 20094091182

On 15/5/2013 i did atm withdrawal twice in pune of 1000 rs.

1. Transaction near Nana Peth

2. transaction at Pune Railway station

The First withdrawal was unsuccessful and it gave error “Transaction Time Out” and money was not dispensed from machine.

Narration in my statement regarding the First Transaction is

” ATM 5048 SBIRAJMOTORS NARPATGIR”

Sir i didn’t got my money which was debited to me.

I registered complaint on toll-free no but there was no help.

Please help me in this issue.

I am a student and 1000 rs mean to me a lot.
