Amount not credit back in my account as recharge not done sucessfully

Dear IDEA Team,

i have recharged my IDEA Netsetter by 349 rs but amount was not right to recharge as per your website so i have done it again by 347 in delhi circle and recharge done this time,
But that 349 rs still not credit in my account back that must be.
I have contacted customer care too they told on 25 Aug this complaint is close but still there is no amount in account , i have provided account statement also to your care.
