i tina k jain holder of icici credit card in 2009. as from start to convey i have purchased a laptop in 2009 of which payment i want to convert it into EMI’s so i caleed icici customer care they told me that if i will take health insurance from icici lombard i can convert my bill into emis without processing fees and cost of health insurance will be in range of 447. i told i dont need it they told u can close it any time after 3 months. i was paying the amount regularly but as i was not having icicic bank account i use to pay byso i accepted it then after three months i do the same i called customer care to stop my policy the person over there agreed.
