Amount Deduction by Tata Docomo

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

At 13-07-2012, company deducted my about 52 rupees without reason after that when called to customer care then they refunded 30 rupees and said I’ll get my other balance with in 4 hours. But I didn’t get it. I called next day (14-07-2012) to customer care and again they committed me that I’ll get my balance with in 4 hours definitely. But it didn’t again. Then I called today (15-07-2012) morning but while communicating to senior supervisor but he disconnected my call, and then I again called from my other tata docomo number to company and talked to customer executive named Naveen, he transferred my call to senior supervisor named Amit, he said me that company will not return my balance because I downloaded a game but it is totally fake because i didn’t download any type of game. Please help me.
