Dear Sir / Madam,
My mother using Airtel Prepaid Number 9972712951 with Samsung Basic Set, Yesterday early morning Rs: 50 got Deducted from main balance.
When i spoke to 198 Customer care they told VAS offer got activated via SMS early morning around 5 AM, my mother is not aware about this SMS or she have not accepted VAS offer but it got activated by default it seems(It happened few times earlier for other numbers too and got refund) but now Customer care executives are telling they don’t have option to refund so request you to refund this amount and when we opted for DND why to send these unwanted VAS offers??
DND activated in 2012 but now they are telling its only partial DND. its company irresponsibility to activate partial DND and to send offers.

I also wrote mail to Airtel Nodal Officer regarding this issue, kindly let me know what next i need to do??
This kind of cheating should not happen to others those who are not aware about these kind of worst tasks of Company
