amount deduction and unneeded subscription of useless services

Name of company/service: BSNL/ mobile prepaid service

i am rachna singh from lucknow. i am highly dissatisfied with bsnl company. every month i got at least 5-6 unneeded subscription messages from bsnl (bharat sanchar nigam limited)and they deduce amount of Rs. 5 to 30. what is the solution?? i tried to talk to customer care officer but its just a fake service as you are not able to communicate to customer care officer using these numbers which are provided by the company. finally i find out the contact numbers of some officers through internet and called them to explain the situation. one officer (mr. a.k. jain)attended the call and asked me to hold for a minute but then-after the phone get busy and i tried it later for 3-4 times but no response i got. then i called another officer of lucknow region. He asked me to send message to unsubscribe the service to 1503. i have tried it again and again but messages were not delivered and every time message sending was failed on that number. please help me. The frequency of such unsubscribed services is increasing day by day and every 3rd or 4th day i receive a unneeded new subscription message. the fraud behavior of this company is uncontrolled and cheating their customers is continue even after so many time, i have complained so please hep me…
