AMOUNT DEDUCTED WITHOUT INFORMATION

Location/place: BANGALORE

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Hello Sir/Madam,
My prepaid account balance for my No +91-8904771113 has been deducted by Rs.168/- without my knowledge. & these people were telling that some service has been activated. I dont know how they wll activate any service without our concern. And moreover customer people are not giving any correct information. I called them today at around 1200 hrs & they kept my call on hold for all most half an hr, they are not ready to take my call. all I want that my amount should be refunded immediately.
