Amount deducted twice and returned once

Hello All,

I made a recharge of rs 799 twice with reliance website and in both the cases amount was deducted from the account and after lots of conversation with reliance get only one amount and another is still pending and I am still waiting for there response and after lots of calls and messages they are not responding to my mail and call.s

I just request you to please return my amount.
