Sir,
With reference to subject cited above this is to bring to your kind attention that Rs 15000/-has been deducted fraudulently from my Bank account (a/c no-4674000400002412) held at Punjab National bank, Bharat Nagar Chowk, Ludhiana although transaction which was carried by me on 15-04-2013 time around 11:35 A.M.. at PNB ATM at fountain chowk Ludhiana was failed as the ATM encountered error. I waited there for ten minutes but the machine was not functional till that time I received a message that the Rs. 15000/- has been deducted from your account.
It seems that either there ATM system failure lead to this error or someone has withdrawal the amount fraudulently using some criminal tactics, the CCTV footage may could of very good use in this case.
I have also reported the matter to customer care and complained them about this. My complaint no. is 59618713.
In view of above it is most respectfully requested that my complaint may be registered and appropriate action as deemed fit may kindly be taken against the culprits and help me in getting my money back
