Amount deducted at the time of surrendering the policy

I am a LIC policy holder. I took a policy under the pension scheme 3 years ago.The tenure is for 27 years. After completing 3 years I decided to surrender my policy. I paid an amount of 47600 rupees as premium for the first 3 years. LIC tells that a bonus of 50000 plus is also credited to my account as on 16the June 2012,which made the sum to 47600+50000= Around 1 Lakh ruppees. But the surrender benefit I am going to receive is given as 19000 only. I could see that in the LIC certificate they have mentioned about 30% of the paid premium excluding first year’s payment and the cash value of the vested bonus will be eligible in case of surrendering the policy. But this was not discussed at the time of submitting the application for the policy. It was not included in the application form or communicated verbally. Hence as a customer I should get atleast the same amount I paid to LIC. Please take necessary action to get me justice
