Amount deducted

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Raipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: bsnl</p>Rs. 30 is deduducted from my main balance from mobile no. 9407921481 on 6:30 pm on date 13/05/2013 i had not make any call or msg.and received any call or msg. Of any one before two hour of the time of deduction .i call 1503 they say it activated by me from msg. And the amt. Will not be refunded by them
