<p><b>Location/place</b>: indore</p>sir,my name is abdul haleem khan ,i am the customer of union bank of india ,on 5th nov 2012 i filled the exam form of ibps cleark exam when i filled then next step is payment step,so i paid for it so 409 rs dedudct my a/c but ibps form is not filled succesfully but amount is deducted,
i inform to UBI customer care to regardin it then they notice my complain and said amount return back within 7 working days, i wait for it but when days compleated no amount is to me added in my a/c then again inform to UBI C.C. Then again write my complain and said amount will add within 4 days but when day completed then no amout is back,then i inform so many times then at last they told me you contact payment getway BILLDESK ,the i inform to bill desk then they told me inform to BILLER but i don’t know biller then again i sent mail to BILLDESK then they told me contact UBI ,so when i contact with UBI then they told me contact BILLDESK.
sir no one provide me proper information about it ,please sir help me i provide you some information about that particlar amount.
