amount deduct by BSNL wrongly

Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken sim of BSNL {9437622792}. On 7 june 2012, in the morning when I switch on my mobile I received a sms (MIMOBITV- Thanks for subscribing all channels/week rs 40/week,to unsubscribe send MYUNSUB TO 55447)and 40 rupees deducted from my account. Suddenly I contacted to BSNL call center and lodged a complain {no-FO7OR31145440}. After lodging the complain another sms came from same number and tells that the service will be renewed and 5 rupee also deducted. Again I call to call center and tell then the problem, so they told me “we already received your complain, so kindly wait for 48 to 72 hours”. Next day 8 June I received a SMS that your service will renew tomorrow .so suddenly I unsubscribe that service sending sms cost 2 rupee and call the call center to know what was the progress of my complain. So they told me your complain is under process .so kindly wait for 48 to 72 hour. From that time I keep my accounts balance under 40.It means that they are intentionally doing so. It has become their frequent work. Please take necessary action soon and amount should be reverted in my account and take some legal action on the company.
