Amount Debited Twice by HDFC Life and Bank for an Insurance Policy

I made the online payment for the HDFC Life SL Crest policy 10 days before the due date. The bank again debited the same amount from my savings account by means of auto debit facility. It has been more than 5 working days that the amount has not yet been credited to my savings account. All necessary documents have been submitted. Due to double debit of amount, I have lost my FD interest as well. A loose ended behavior from HDFC Life and HDFC Bank Team where the consumer suffers.
