Last week I recharged my airtel prepaid mobile through PAYTM. Details are below. In my orders list , It is showing as successful. But recharge was not successful. They deducted money from my card . I tried to call customer care via number ( ) , It asked me for voice mail . I left voice mail , But no reply . As per the instructions I sent a mail to [email protected].. I got reply after 1 day by saying that they had some technical issue at that time. and the issue was resolved… But I dint get my mobile recharged or I dint get money in paytm cash wallet. There was 3 mails from paytm by saying issue is resolved. But actually , it was not . Could you please help me out to get my amount back.
