amount charged without information

I had spoken to the representative from Vodafone, took the information about the internet plan and they have billed me the charges for this. I clearly mentioned the representative not to activate but they had activated the plan. When spoken to Vikrant Raha he didn’t gave me the right information and was least bothered to help. Need to get the plan De-activated and need the money reimbursed.
