Amount charged even though Ticket Booking had failed

Location/place: Bangalore,India

Name of company/service: INOX-MULTIPLEX-THEATRES

INOX’s eticket portal, eticketing.inoxmovies.com after selecting the seats when the transaction was made, the message was shown as BOOKING FAILED, but the amount was still charged. When I logged in to The portal again to check, the same seats were still available and unoccupied.
