I have purchased online on ebay one portable mobile charger for Rs 1299/- . The Item received home with the Invoice of Rs 795/- . When asked by raising Ebay guarantee claim, through phone calls offered me Rs 200/- online shopping coupons. Asked why only Rs 200/- why not the exact amount refund. Parson started bargaining. I said dont give me this Rs200/- also.
