amount 12000 has not been refunded

Name of company/service: travel easy

i booked tickets online from travel easy.com and due to fare jump they were not confirmed by them.they said we will refund the amount which i pay them during booking through internet .the amount is 12000 and from 5 weeks they are making me fool on phone calls and said we refund within 2 days and by now 5 weeks passed.please see the matter.
