Hi,
I have taken an AMC for aquasure water purifier for 1 year. The service contract is valid for the period from 19-10-11 to 18-10-12. It has been 8 months since i took this AMC, but still no service engineers from Eureka forbes had visited or sent me a reminder for annual maintenance. Also when i requested for the same, they have not responded. i have paid Rs. 1000 for this AMC.
