Ambiguous Money Deduction

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

My Tata Docomo (RO W. Bengal) number is 9635745429. I had a talk time promo of Rs.57/- for 90 days from 23/04/2013, according to which local tata to tata call would be charged at 1.2p/6sec. But I made a call to a tata docomo no. 9239156340 on 28/04/2013 at 10.37 pm. Surprisingly they deducted at a call rate of 1.2p/sec in a totally unfair manner. When I had a chat with their customer care executive and claimed, they admired it as a technical fault but ignored to return my money.
