When I contacted Uninor Customer Care Portal, to know about GPRS packs. It offered me ‘600mbs of data on a recharge of Rs. 14 and 6gbs of data on a recharge of Rs. 90’. But after i recharged, i was provided with 400mbs of data only. Then i called Customer Care the person i was enquiring to was Mr. Jeevan. I told him about the problem, first he refused to this ambiguity, then he(jeevan) asked me to call up customer care and make him(jeevan) hear what the customer care portal said. I did the same. After hearing to this Mr. jeevan forwarded the call to senior officer. I waited for about more than 5 minutes. There was no response. Then i disconnected the call. Again I called up customer care. This time on the line was Mr. Yadav. He again forwarded the call to his senior officer. This time i had a response. On the line was Mr. Rajkumar Roy he, again, first refused to this. But after checking he informed me that the process of updating was not completed till then. Now According to what i heard in customer care portal i demanded 600mbs of data. He simply refused to it. I asked him to file a complaint he refused to it too and informed that they had not this kind of facility. And i was left behind with 400mbs of data only. Due This type of controversial information large no. of customers are being cheated. So I request to take effective step toward this.
