I have purchased a laptop an year ago on 2nd October 2014 from amazon.in.
At that time hp was now allowing any prduct which buyed from amazon or snapdeal to avail warrenty ..i report this issue to amazon they said me that they will pickup the product.. No person come to pickup the product.. writing mails to amazon and doesn’t come to any solution. I submitted the detials of laptop to the hp for 3 years Accidential warrenty support and paid around 2500-3000 for warrenty to hp redemption team.Hp Redemption team told me to submitt bill and image of box sticker so that they can cover the laptop in warrenty for next 3 years.Also My account was blocked by amazon account specialist team after that.My laptop accidentally fall and leading to some LCD failure problem as..I called Hp .as my laptop comes under a 3 years Warrenty now. The engg come at my door step and take some image of LCD serial number and other things. and told me to provide invoice of the laptop.. they told me that parts would be issued by Hp after they review the CT number of the component..Unfortunately the LCD CT number got mismatched with ships component serial number..they said the CT number is inner part number of hp and during purchase customer can’t see that code..and hence they will not cover the LCD in warrenty and they also said in future if any CT numberof any component in the laptop got mistmatched they will not give the warrenty of that component ..i told amazon .. but first i need the invoice of the laptop and request amazon account specialist team to reinstate my account .. first they reinstate my account for 48 hours and i request amazon for invoice and told them about regarding this..they assured me after various request that they will provide a refund/replacement of this product as its also been seen that the seller on amazon is not allowed by hp to sell any product of hp but still amazon is supporting that seller..afterall he solds non-genuine or altered products of hp and at last when i explain this.. they said me if I submit an Hp Service Denial Mail/ letter to them. After that i request Hp for this.. The Service Manager send me a service denial mail regarding that.And I straight forward send that mail to amazon but unfortunately they don’t give any responses .. also i request sevral times to account specialist team to reactivate my account. but they denied every time.. i request them.
Now I can’t know where to go. Amazon hp just played with my trust.
