I ordered Seagate Expansion 1.5TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 inch External Hard Drive with ORDER # 407-7529884-7322742 worth Rs 3510. Actually The Seller doesn’t delivered me the correct product, Instead of that he delivered me a Otg card reader of Rs 50.I keep contacted with the seller through amazon. He apologize and request me to wait for next 5-7days. and he sure me that it will definitely get on give time. He also said me text message to my mobile number +918129988573 that If the the item doesn’t delivered to me, they will provide me double refund of Rs 7010.I waited for the time. But it doesn’t delivered to me. I contacted the seller for this issue and he only give the product refund instead of double refund. I called Customer care and inform this about seller providence. Amazon told me ask the seller for this.In this case amazon is not a part. I tried to connect the seller but he doesn’t replied. So decide to call amazon india customer care again. They satisfies me that there They contacted seller. That time he replied me to wait till between july 26th -july 31st. I’ve waited so long again. But He doesn’t give me the money.I contacted amazon daily for this. They every time told me,there will be a-z fulfillment will be there.If the seller not given the refund amazon itself give me. Then I decided to mail jeff bezos and a executive reply me that, they cant give me the provided refund, The seller is wrongily assist you and instead of Rs 3510 only give me a gift card of Rs.1500. I was so much frustrated and I’ve been wasted my one month for this issue. Amazon let me in disappointment. I called them and begged for to give the money..But amazon changed the promise that kept on me. I’ve attached the screen shots of message of the seller to this
