AMAZON .in complaint

i ordered a mobile phone vide Order # 402-1755787-0248316 and haven’t received the phone yet every time i am complaining they are asking to replace or refund.
i booked this mobile on 31.03.2016 and assured with on time delivery on or before 13 march 2016, i checked with courier company it showed package was received to nearby location on 08.03.2016 so i complaint to amazon the asked that they will deliver it by 14.03.2016, i waited, then again i complaint on 15 03.2016, now portal is showing estimated delivery date by 16.03.2016.why it changed ? i asked so they said that they will either refund for the product or replace the previous product? why? i waited for 16 day for this phone whose payment i had already done.i am feeling cheated by amazon,this is not because of money this is because they committed every time and not fulfilled it.Now they are asking me to take refund. i want amazon to not to commit if they cannot deliver .
