Dear Sir,
Dec 2010 i got the telephone number of M/s Continental Services, 1A Kalighat Park ( South)2nd Floor Kol :-26, I got the contact from Just Dial search Engine, i wast aware that this is not authorized service centre, but a certified centre.
On 02/12/2010
I gave my Sony Home Theatre system and a Sony Music System to the said company for repair,
Which they said they did, i paid 3211/- for both the products.
On the day of delivery:-
They dint have a dvd to play and show me that my lence has been changed and its working properly, so they played a VCD, and they played some Audio Cd and handed me both the systems,
When i brought home , and tried to play DVD player to my horror i realised tht it only played VCDS, as they replaced my DVD lense with a VCD lense, similarly for my Music system also the problem was not solved and it continued.
I called back and complaint , they took back the systems, and till date for almost two years they havnt returned my systems.
The boss is never in the office, the staff dont give the mobile no, saying they arnt allowed, finally i got it, and spoke to the boss Mr Dutta, but seems his stories are never ending.
I have been cheated, after 2 years of struggle and harrasement now i am not ready to accept by 3211/- saying they are sorry,
I belive they are making a fool, and i knowingly wont fall in to such trap.
i seek justice.
also have strong case against Hyundai Motors. but thats a different story.
