Name of company/service: Company Name= Fame Eduserve Private Limited website =http://www.allschoolstuff.com my order no.379310 first they send me mail including rs 250 gift voucher.i purchased using that using that voucher and paid the balance amount through my atm card.After some days when i checked my account at that site status shown as order cancelled reason given is that my mobile is switched off.I called their customer care they told me that u haven’t paid for the item item they told me to send the screenshot of my bank account so that they can verify the same i send that.Again they called me after some days telling me that so they are not sending me products and my order gets cancelled not refunded the money.Its not about getting refund of money its about harrassment that i have to bear and wastage of time to select products at site.
