I had been allotted a house from Rajasthan Awasan Mandal under regular allotment scheme wide allotment letter No.719 of Dt.11thMay 2012 in the Name of Sh. Sunder Das Khatri S/o late Sh. Parmanand Khatri C/o M/s Jethanand Mangumal,Burad Market Beawar

Now I came to know that the land where the house is constructed is not acquired by Housing Authorities and allotted to me.

Now the third person is claiming his land use to disturb me.
