Allotment of flat
Location/place: Faridabad
Name of company/service: Srs pearl
Sir,
I booked flat on SRS pearl 250 sq yards on 30 june 2009. I have paid 2
lacs 50 thousand rupees at that time, after that I have paid two more
installment of amount 236020 on 17-10- 2009 and 216616 on 17-12-2009
More than one month and one year is over for booking, but I have not
received allotment of flat still and construction of flat is also not
started still.
From SRS no date of construction start and
allotment has been provided still.
SRS have booked and started
construction of other project after booking of this project but now
work has been done till now in this project for 250 sq yard flat
owners.

Sir,
We have given around 3 lacs+ as installments, yet we have to come to know our allotment has been cancelled.There are various reasons for not alloting the ind floor, they are as follows:-
1.Farmers have filed in a dispute(ITS A FARM LAND)
2.Allotees have not submitted their second/third instalments on time.
What all is going on, is this a fraud with us wherein we havent got our Allotment Letter till date.
We were in regular span of paying the instalments.
Please make it a media point of contact and plz get the matter solved as we are of middle class status and cant afford to get this thing digest.
Kindly provide us contact no. of a responsible citizen who could really help us.
