Alloted Site cancel and sold to other on higher rates

I booked one plot after paying the 2 Lakhs rupees as booking amount in Pine wood project from peninsula infra developments pvt. ltd, builder was forcing us for the payment, even he did not get approval that time and when not paid rest of amount he canceled the site and sold to other person on higher rate and deducted Rs. 25000/, when we asked how he can canceled he simply reply if you want pay 200/= more per sqft and then re-booked, i just wants to bring you in notice do not buy anything from this builder, he is real thief of the day light.
