Allergic reaction to skin cream, no action taken by company

Name of company/service: Johnson & Johnson Ltd

I had used Johnson & Johnson’s clear fairness cream and my skin broke into small boils. I complained about this to the company and asked for a replacement with my regular J & J moisturizing cream. Instead they sent me a face wash, something that did not solve my problem The complaint number was 003599386A. No action has been taken for more than 3 weeks!
