Alleged non-receipt of bill payment

Location/place: Nanganallur, Chennai

Name of company/service: bharti airtel limited

The Bill for Rs 678.92 for the month of March was paid on 15the April, 2012 through net banking. My account was debited on the same day. But airtel claimed non receipt.As requested by them, downloaded copy of my bank account was sent not once but four times. Bill Desk gateway payment who handled this transactions twice confirmed having obtained confirmation from biller for having accounted for the payment in their books. I have forwarded the copies of mails received from Bill Desk Payment gateway. 40 mails have been exchanged.Still the matter is pending.I paid their April bill and refused to pay their Bill for April – May. The issue remain unsorted till date. In the meantime I am being bothered over phone everyday by the company.
