Dear Friends,
I have all company mobiles,and all mobile company provide us 1 yrs warranty/guranty.
but we r never think if we r problem faced
nd going to further service centre,u know all service centre are take the problem and says us after 20-90 days brougt ur handset.if we problem r software then us problem shutout same day otherwise battery replacement,lcd replacement,toch problem,light poblem etc.all problem r taking time…..
we know all problem an time taken faced if ur handset in the waranty period.but we problem out of waranty all problem,any type of problem atleast critical problem shutout same day or maximum7 days bkz here service centre collect cash but in the wanranty no any cash collect of service centre .all plannig and management maintained head office either mobile company.so i requested resoeced conjumer forum incharge why not one rule rugulation genrated of all mobile company if give a service of conjumer whe within the time limit,if time limite break as a planty charged for mobile company….if these type of rules created after them all comjumer very happy and all problem r shut out wihin the problem no any manmany through the mobile company…
