I have given the aakash tab ubislate 7cZ on 12-04-2014 ticket ID 0412DL11000 and job sheet no. LKASCDL019J473. It is above one month still there is no proper reply from the customer care executives. When ever I have called them for the status regarding my tablet they have given me a standard answer that it is in process wait for 1 week. But it is more than 1.5 months but i have not received my tablet. they are also not ready to give me the exact time for getting back my tablet. I am really frustreted from these type of awfull customer service. I regret that I have purchased tablet from these type of bogus company. I would also urge all my frnds to not to go for aakash tab due to less price because the after sales service is much awfull. U will regret like me after buying these tablet.
