My rakhi was dispatched on august 14 from delhi to bangalore (CONSIGNMENT NO. 90128106) , and it was sent back without even calling me, only because the destination did not came under the delivery area. First of all, why was the consignment taken by the company’s personnel if they can not deliver it? Also, they are unable to give me a call before taking any supreme actions like this? Then when I enquired at my own interest and called their office a million times and came to know of the incident; I told them to bring it back and deliver to whitefield, Bangalore; which comes under their delivery area. Now things can not go more wrong, but they send it through a freelance delivery boy who is not talking mannerly on phone at first, and is asking me to collect it from ITPL bus stand because he does not have time to deliver it to my office, which is hardly 2 kms away; and he being a more busy and wise person than me, I need to take care of his schedules and appointment and do as he says. I still haven’t got my rakhi and I have almost lost hope of getting it by tomorrow. Moreover, the delivery boy do not take calls at night and thus hung up on me, and I’ll have one sleepless night waiting to call him tomorrow and requesting him to come over at my office. The level of mental extortion the company has given me from time to time since last few days can not be spared like this. I demand them to give me a sincere apology and no monetary compensation for me; but they should be fined for such thing, no matter the sum is delivered to any NGO or for any wise work.
